Saving a Video
Conference
To save a Video Conference, click Save on the Video Conferences window. The Save
As window is displayed. This window contains the file name and destination directory,
which are selected to save a Video Conference to the local disk drive.
A Video Conference file is saved in plain ASCII test format, and consists of
one or more conferences, with the following layout:
[Group ID]
Count=<record count>
Description=<description>
<first record>
<second record>
…
<nth record>
The format of a record is:
<directory number>=<description>
Directory numbers and group Ids must be unique. Blank lines are allowed
between records or groups. Directory numbers may include separators
and special characters, such as *, @, #.
where:
[Group ID] is the unique video conference
identifier
<record count> is the number of members in the
group
<description> is the video conference
description
where:
<directory number> is an alphanumeric string,
up to 30 characters
