In order to perform Database Backup and Restore for a Geo-Redundant MIDAS Controller
System, it is necessary to install remote PC control software at the Primary and Secondary
sites. This procedure will describe the instructions when using pcAnywhere software from
Symantec, although similar remote PC software also may be used.
