3.1.6 Change the time period of a trend graph
In the top-right corner of the window, click one of these preset periods:
•
Last 24 Hours
• Week to Date
• Month to Date
3.1.6.1 Working with a trend graph view
• View the details of a point on the graph:
o Hold the cursor over a point on the graph.
•
Move the graph to the left or right:
o Hold the right mouse button down and drag the graph.
•
Zoom in on a part of the graph:
o Hold the left mouse button down and drag.
3.1.6.1.1 Magnified preview
At the bottom of the graph window, a small graph represents the full trend period.
At the top of the graph window, the larger graph is a magnified, partial view of the small graph.
Drag the white part of the small graph to the right or left. The magnified view changes as you drag
through the graph.
Reset the starting or ending point of the magnified view by dragging the boundaries to the left or right.
3.1.6.2 Shortcut menu
To open a shortcut menu, right-click any place in the graph window. The shortcut menu shows these
commands:
•
Zoom to Last hour/day/week/month - zooms in on a selected period
• Curves - removes a curve from a graph, or places a curve on an added Y-axis, if units are identical
• Only show average trending - removes average trend data from the graph
• Print - prints the displayed trend graph
• Save image - saves the trend graph into an image file (.png or .jpg)
• Copy to clipboard - copies the trend data to the Windows Clipboard; the text is then ready to paste
into other applications
